Great product, works as advertised. When Tylenol was withdrawn from the shelves at the big box stores I resorted to buying through Amazon because after trying the store brands I concluded there IS a difference between Tylenol and those store brands. So even at twice what I paid for it at the big box store at least I can get it when I need it and it works.
